alito
It is a sad day in american jurisprudence when a hack like samuel alito gets nominated to the highest court in the land. Just what this already divided country needs, an activist judge, on the conservative side. Let's see what becomes of the precious bill of rights when this extremist gets on the bench. The right will be a injured as the left. Big business will do great! Everyone else, I am sorry for.
The right of a women to control her body. Gone! Roe v Wade is overturned.
The planned parenthood of Pennsylvainia v. Casey decision is an example of the activism run amuck! The supremes overturned alito and reaffirmed Roe v. Wade.
Racism of the worst kind.Alito was in the minority,in Bray v.MarriottHotels
It seems that alito wanted a company to be able to say"best candidate" when promoting. Big business has a friend in alito. The courts ruled against him.
Disabilty based discrimination in Nathanson v. MedicalColledgeofPennsylvania again the courts sided with common sense and decided against the narrow view of this extremist.
Striking down the family and medical leave act. the supremes overturned alito's decision( the activist judge decided the congress overstepped its authority) Nevada v. Hibbs was upheld
You can be stripped searched acording to this activist judge. The court ruled against alito! You cannot strip search a 10 year old girl, if your warrant doesn't say so. Doe v. Groody
Discrimination against immigrants, the supremes ruled against the judge twice. He ignored well established law in Ki Se Lee v. Ashcroft, and in Dia v. Ashcroft.
Call your congressman! On second thought, don't bother calling that liar. Call Sen,Alexander and express your conscience, atleast he will listen and then tell you no. Do not affirm this nominee. He is not qualified. He is an extremist!
"By far the most numerous and most flagrant violations of personal liberty and
individual rights are performed by governments ... The major crimes throughout history,
the ones executed on the largest scale, have been committed not by individuals or
bands of individuals but by governments, as a deliberate policy of those governments
...that is, by the official representatives of governments, acting in their official capacity."

No the sky is not falling. It is only a matter of time before decent folks see what the corporate wolrd is doing. The history is on our side. When walmart decides what stores are in your community, and how much you have to pay the greens will win. If you cannot go hiking or hunting or fishing on public property, then bubba' will take a second look at the green party. When all the factory and skilled work heads out of country, the like of corporate stooges like "alito" will have been seen for the horrible mistake he represents!
Time will run out on the polluters and greedy.
History is on our side.
People matter, corporations serve people, not the otherway around.
